As an event Service Manager with SuiteHop, Joanna serves as the onsite contact for not only the venue and all the vendors to execute business educational events, but also acts as a team member for the Channel partners hosting their event. By overseeing all of the event logistics, her clients are able to focus on the core purpose of hosting the event and tending to their guests and the desired result. By working with the client from beginning to end, she is able to understand the clients needs, ensure a successful event execution, and provide the necessary reporting to support the use of MDF.
As an Account Manager for SuiteHop, Heather has managed all facets of a baseball tour for a Fortune 500 company for the past 3 years. From securing the event space, managing the event logistics to an end of event report, her goal is to make sure the events run seamlessly and most importantly, show that channel events are a great way to get an ROI with your customers.
